Do not buy L&T property associated with Ranka associates. I have had sour experience with this group. They refuse to register property after receiving full payment!!. Yes it is true. Apparently L&t and Ranka group have disagreement. Then why the h**l are they going ahead with another project in Chennai. Hippocrat, bullies,#$%
