Alony Hetz Property and Investments Ltd. (TASE: ALHE) has signed an memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based Pacific Star Holding pte Ltd. to set up a real estate fund to invest in Southeast Asia, to be called Pacific Arrow Star.
