ProLogis (PLD), an owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, said it has signed a 50/50 development joint venture agreement with K Raheja Corp, one of the largest real estate developers in India, to provide new warehouse space for its global customers. The company announced also the appointment of Abhijit Malkani as head of operations for ProLogis in India.
